Who we are

This site is run by Vargus Advisory LLC, a US company. Questions about your data go to Jarred Vargus at jarred@vargusadvisory.com.

What we collect

• Contact form: your name, email address, and message.
• Demo sign-up: your name and email address, and your school and role if you choose to add them.
• Site statistics: page views counted by Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not track you across sites.

We do not collect any student data through this site. The Vargus DtA demo runs only on a fictional sample school and cannot open other files.

Why we use it

• To reply to your message.
• To give you access to the Vargus DtA demo.
• To send occasional updates about Vargus DtA and our services, only if you ticked the box to agree.

Who processes it

Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms. Email is hosted by Zoho Mail. The site is hosted by Cloudflare. These providers are based in or operate servers in the United States and other countries, so your data may be transferred outside your country. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while we are in contact with you, and for up to two years after our last contact. After that we delete them.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from updates at any time by replying "unsubscribe" or using the link in any update email.
• Ask to see, correct, or delete the details we hold about you by emailing jarred@vargusadvisory.com. We reply within 30 days.
